Shipping & Returns Policy:
Shipping-UPS Ground (standard) unless 2 day or next day is specified. Extra Charges apply for expedited service. Orders ship within 24-72 hours of receiving the order. (not counting weekends or Holidays (no UPS). If this is not possible, we contact the customer for their option to cancel with full refund or to wait for the backordered product.
Please note- This cart does not automatically charge the card when order is placed, we manually run the card before order is shipped. Further, due to glitches in the Yahoo Store software, occasionally shipping charges are not calculated, we reserve the right to add these charges on any order where domestic or foreign shipping charges are not added and which SHOULD have been added by the Yahoo shopping cart system at time of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges are permitted only by prior authorization. Return shipping charges are paid by the customer unless we are rectifying an error on our part. All items are subject to the individual manufacturers warranty, all warranty items must be returned to the manufacturer. All returns or exchanges must be made either written or verbal within 30 days of the purchase and only if merchandise is unused or defective.
